When you say you "checked DNS, WINS". Does that infer that you have tried basic connectivity test on the client machines? Can you ping the Exchsrvr via its FQDN and NetBIOS names? Is there a router in between the problematic clients and the Exchsrvr? You say OL2000, does this mean that OL97/98 clients aren't having problems? What version of Exchange? SP? How about the version of NT? SP? We need more details......!
