Yikes! Just read that you want to run eseutil /p .... be very careful about doing this!!!! Look on the MS Knowledge Base or TechNet and be aware of the dangers!
You only need to run eseutil /d to defragment ... this is relatively safe but you require as much free space as the actual database size (minus whitespace plus a bit of overhead) because it copies the database.
