Actually instead of hiding, I prefer to just move them to a public folder called "Form Archives" that only I have access to. I also have another public folder called "Form Backups". I copy the existing form to there before replacing the production form with an upgraded version. So if something goes wrong, you just copy it back and voila your change is backed off.
