We have a good back of our mailboxes/information store using veritas 8.6. However, when trying to do a restore it fails to mount the store, however when I try to do it on the console it will not allow me to. I've read the ms knowledge base regarding doing a hard re-mount but to no avail. Is it possible to blow away the information store, then try to restore from backup.
