We us a listserver with an 'auto-responder' profile to advise the sender that the current email address is no longer valid and then the listserver forwards the message to the 'new' recipient advising them to contact the sender to 'update' what address they should be sending to.

E2K/W2K.  Management member leaves.  For now the CEO says forward all
his mail to him and allow the admin assistant access to his mail box.
Without going in to Outlook is there a way to set an OOO message saying
"Mr X is no longer here please send all correspondents to...." via
Exchange?
