Hmmm... And what percentage of those are valid business email?

I concur with AB's assessment that they are mostly run by vigilantes. There
is a fairly famous exchange on this list about a year or two ago, by Jim
Schwartz, Paul Cumming, et al, concerning Dr, Cumming's own RBL. I think its
required reading for anyone considering RBL usage.
