...0%...I am using SpamAssassin along with Besian on a Linux box as well as Trend Emanager. Don't get me wrong, subscribing to a Black List alone could have a major impact on the outcome of SPAM blocks and actual valid mail. We have our messaging system learning the points, addresses, etc as well as the X-SPAM STATUS.
I too agree to some extent of other re:'s, and had a few dealing's with them myself, but as the question was just about "Recommended Black Lists" and not how to make use of you topology to prevent SPAM. > Hmmm...
