I have used both veritas and CA and I must say while both are excellent I prefer the GFS rotation of CA. As far as the interface I have no problem with it.

And I'll freely admit that I was able to get it to both backup and restore both files and Exchange databases. It took 10 times longer to set up and administer than BackupExec had, and had one of the worst GUI concepts I've ever seen in a product.
