The one constant in all that is... the user. How many rules does she have? How many items in her Inbox? How many other mailboxes are loading along with hers in the same profile?

Her mailbox is only about 4 GB (though with A LOT of folders) And the ONE THING that has not failed in all this time is "drum roll please" You guessed it, her BLACKBERRY I don't want to delete her mailbox as she is pretty high on the chain, but dont know where else to turn. Any thoughts/comments and/or feedback would be greatly appreciated. J
