OWA and blackberry work without issue, i will try to remove the secondary mailbox from her outlook (being that it automatically loads, i guess i have.to remove her permissions from the second account)

Note; both her and the other account have exchange archive set to 12 months, so in retrospect the second account shouldn't have that much mail as she left 10 months ago. Her mailbox is only about 4 GB (though with A LOT of folders) And the ONE THING that has not failed in all this time is "drum roll please" You guessed it, her BLACKBERRY I don't want to delete her mailbox as she is pretty high on the chain, but dont know where else to turn. Any thoughts/comments and/or feedback would be greatly appreciated. J
