We let the supervisor know the pros and cons and let them decide. Forward to
someone of the supervisors choice or disable the account and email until they
get back.

What do you do for employees when they take maternity leave?

Do you leave their email active and forward a copy to their supervisor/manager?

I am thinking that if I allow email to flow to the employee's mailbox it could
quickly reach the mailbox limit...

Just looking for what others are doing.
