Either Horde or Exim doesn't. As Heiko points out, one or the other has an off-by-one bug; we'll need to actually count bytes (probably in a packet capture) to tell which. Since there's a 1MB buffer involved this will be tedious, unhelped by a bug (fix in progress) in wireshark.
