Hello all,
Getting a segfault in BitchX RPM
when trying to run it as a normal user, but su'ed it runs fine??
Here is the output!
[havok@ns1 havok]$ BitchX Hav{}k
atlanta.ga.us.undernet.org
BitchX - Based on EPIC Software Labs epic ircII (1998). Version (BitchX-75p3) -- Date (19990221). Process [9225] connected to tty [/dev/pts/0] Using terminal type [vt100] Segmentation fault Now I'm using the same term when I try to run
BitchX SU'ed And works, no problem no errors.
Here is the system.
k6-2 450
128 megs
Standard Server Installation No werid
options.
Now here is what I have tried.
1. Checked Permisions- ok
2. Uninstalled it and reinstalled
3. Tried to Compile BitchX. Would not compile
"looking into this, thought I would throw that in heh :) "
4. changed term type
5. tried diffrent term "telnet, with same exact
results"
6.Writing this "heh"
Any Help would be great
