Hello all,
I have upgraded MandrakeDesk (just in case there was a fix in there),
but alas, no fix. To refresh, I launch KDE, and everything appears to
start fine. But upon trying to execute a button or a menu item, nothing
happens. Desktop icons appear to work. I killed kfm and kpanel, and
re-started them from a terminal (so I could watch the messages
generated). Upon starting kfm I get:
kfm: Symbol `__vt_11QPushButton.12QPaintDevice' has different size in
shared object, consider re-linking
kfm: Symbol `__vt_11QPushButton' has different size in shared object,
consider re-linking
Then when I start kpanel and try clicking a button, I get:
ERROR: KFM is not running
KFM NOT READY
