I have had problems with this card. I have since noticed others with
similar problems in newsgroups. I think I saw someone say in a newsgroup that
you should use another X server. XVGA was it ?? Look into it though if you have
hassles. I had a Virge card lying around, so I used that in the end and it
worked fine.

The way I deal with this one is to just make your VNC "~.vnc/xstartup"
script point to the to your xinitrc. This way when ever you start a VNC session
it will be just like the desktop of the person your are running it as.
