I believe that "ReflextionX" is just an X server, is it not?
If that is true, simply get your modem connections to work
under Linux (or Solaris), start X-windows, and then you're set. You
should be able to run HPUX-based X programs and have them displayed on
your Linux/Solaris system.
ReflextionX (if I'm correct in my assumptions) was designed to add
this X-windows functionality to MS-Windows. That functionality has been
built into X all along.
Be aware that an X connection over the modem will be SLOW. Also,
you may need to export the DISPLAY shell variable to be your IP address.
Good Luck,

P.S.> As an alterative which may be faster, check out VNC software from
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/. I did not see an HPUX version, but
you can email them asking about it.
