I guess it's buying the distribution :-)  My suspicion is that they've
added them to the isos as they simply aren't to be found on their
shrink-wrapped disks.  In the previous discussion I think there were some
guys who'd gotten it via isos and also didn't have the ANSI library but
I'm not certain.
