It's known issue in Outlook (not Outlook Express) that it (mostly) ignores
the "Plain Text" setting (guaranteed for O2K, which is what we use at work).
So that even tho you want to, you CAN'T send plain text. The REPLIES
sometimes go out as plain text, however, so Kim may want to try replying to
an earlier messages, and changing the subject line and body to suit.

OE does initate new emails properly in plain text.
