Because most email clients are text based, and reading html formatted
mail is either impossible or takes extra work. In certain clients,
receiving html mail fills the screen with junk and makes us grumpy.

I appreciate your efforts, and have to apologize for not being able to
help you with your scsi problem - our office has never had the cash to
afford scsi, so I haven't learned anything about it.

Hopefully somebody else on the list can help you out.
