providing you install all the relevent rpms there is nothing
wrong with RH 7 unless you are doing some very exotic development
work. I've compiled all my previous code for RH 7 and it
works fine. However, it is my impression that most are
staying with 6.2 for production servers

I'm not impressed with M/Drake 7.x and less so with SuSE 7
As for M/Drake 7.2 did you know that there is no apparent
way to create a mount point of /usr/share (or anything else
beyond the "basic" mount points) using the text
mode install ?
