Sorry if I sounded harsh earlier. But I still think Telnet is a bad idea,
and that the circumstances you mentioned should be changed rather than
gieven an air of legitamacy. Allowing users to know each others password
encourages the use of others accounts. This a a bad things - accounts =
accountability, and when someone internal does something nasrty, either
maliciously or otherwise, its nice to know who was responsible for it.
