[expert] Cooker HOWTO?

Is there a HOWTO on setting up a Cooker system?  I've looked at the 
Cooker FAQ, but this doesnt' seem to be covered.

I've got a couple of spare linux partitions on my hard drive, and I 
would love to experiment.
