Hi, i have a /boot partition which is ext2. If I have my / with reiserfs this works fine with kernel 2.4. If I now install the 2.2.19 kernel from the cdrom I cannot boot anymore (Kernel panic; unable to mount root partition, serveral unresolved symbols). It doesn't look like the 2.2.19 mandrake kernel cannot cope with reiserfs because if I have / on ext2 it is able to mount other partitions with reiserfs fine. What is the problem here? Do I miss some boot options? Bye Georg
