I would just like to add that some of the users of this list live in different time zones, so it is wishfulll thinking to expect a reply right away. I am not sure about this but i suppose AOL is predominantly used in the USA. that could be the reason for your prompt reply.
and David we are all users just like you. if you post a question and we too have had a similar problem and have solved it, only then can we reply. and to be honest i have never seen a DVD drive yet nor the floppy drive you mentioned. so don't expect a quick reply as soon as you post. that too on some hardware which is not too generic.
