yes...the entry in the lilo.conf is the same as you've posted. And I
think I've narrowed it down to a hardware problem in the computer itself
cause I'm not able to get it to sync in windows now either, however the
visor does communicate ok on my Supervisor's system. So it would appear
that there's something wrong on the mobo with the USB ports that is
causing the problem.
