I'm sorry to butt in here, but I've been watching this thread and
well...personally I think you're flogging a dead horse, as the old saying
goes. I mean, you can d/l the basic Mandrake installation, its free. Not
commercial. You can also buy that same d/l version from some place like
CheapBytes, who charge you a nominal fee for S&H, packaging, etc. Its still
not commercial, is it? (or are you saying this is commercial as well?) Or you
can buy a slick Powerpack version from Mandrake, that includes (again) the
basic (free) core installation PLUS some CD's that have a few "commercial" or
proprietary apps on it, as well as some nice manuals... I think Mandrakes'
team does an exemplary job. I'm proud to be one of their customers.
