The second line was put in during the 9.0 beta tests because of a
runaway sound-slot-1 sound-slot-2 etc etc... Never removed don't know if
the bug was squashed or not.

The last 3 are shown as being used by the first one.  As for the
exactmodel I'm using

One thing I've never been able to get working is kde acknowledging the
existence of this card in it's hardware profile section.  If I get it
working there, I lose sound.  For now... the box makes the appropriate
noises and I'm happy enough.
