I know this isn't what you are going to want to hear, but I've had Hauppauge
PCI TV cards (Actually I have 3 of them currently) and I've had the ATI all
in wonder radeon and a newer one a few months ago. I've had nothing but
trouble with the ATI cards. I've had them in 4 different computers, XP, ME,
and 98. Drivers don't matter. I had it up and running in Linux 8.2, but it is
was just flat erratic and unstable. Support for ATI sucks big time. Ever try
to call those folks? I've fought with ATI products for 2 years now. I will
never go back. I now have NVIDIA chipset video card and HAUPPAUGE tv card and
have no problems at all in any OS I've choses so far.

I fairness I think the worst thing is their drivers, but who knows. Good luck
man.
