I'd stop by the sysadmin's desk on the way to the coffee pot and ask her/him, assuming it's the kind of place you can walk around in. Failing that, an off-hand comment about how their email system doesn't seem to accept mail from your home address and see if they'll introduce you to the sysadmin.
