the efforts the f500 crowd went thru recently to increase the numbers pretty much summed up what the club will or will not allow - introducing new people to f500 is going to be tough until everyone realizes what f500 competes against money-wise - we all agree that f500 is grassroots with a casual attitude but the expense of going to the races for most people is big dollars - for the cost of running a club race requiring overnight stay, i can run a legend, a baby grand, a mini sprint or a shifter kart 4 times and sleep in my own bed every night - that's the issue, not the powertrain, shocks, sway bars, etc. .....................davidwilson
