I think several people on this list are all wet as to the future engines for our cars. It is real simple. We will migrate to whatever the snowmobile industry dictates to us. If the future in snowmobiles is 4 stroke triples in 600cc displacement, then that is what we will go to. Remember, the snowmobiles come from the factory with cvt's. Whatever they migrate to, that is what we will migrate to. We will just be about 2 years behind whatever the snow-guys go to. I have no problem going to a 4 stroke triple (probably fuel injected). But I do have a problem with completely re-designing my car to make room for a 3rd pedal. The crush box area of these cars already dont have room for someone with a shoe size over "9". Personally, I would love to see a 440 Rotax 2 stroke be legallized for our class. I dont really see the need for that extra 60cc's. My $00.02 Bill Schmidt 88 Red Devil Kawi (440, not 500, not 600)
