The neat thing about those is that you can change spring rate by changing air pressure.
The hillclimb formula cars in England have been using them also.
Finally, George Bowland has been using them on his Amod car for several years now.

I used some snowmobile shocks (Fox adjustables with
150 lb springs front and 300 lb rears) on the DSR I
was building last year. they Worked very well. If
there was a way we could get rid of the torsion bars
in front, I would go right past the Coil overs to Fox
Air Pros. they are an adjustable air shcok that come
on Polaris's 900 snowmobile. They work very well.

I will be trying a set on the rear of my Solo Vee
after Nationals in preparation for next year. They
save anout 2-3 pounds a corner by not having springs.
