I asked the list a similar question about 3 years ago and everyone told me to
stay far away from any clutches made by comet, that they were crap?

Just looked at a Dennis Kirk catalog for the first time in a while and noticed
a Comet 108 model that looks like it is set up for our Rotax engines (correct
taper) and has bosses for mounting a stock Rotax ring gear. The part number is
219507A.
Does anyone have experience with this model #? If the specs are as
advertised, it sure would be easier than the last time I bought a 108 about 3
years ago - the taper had to be machined and the bosses had to be re-drilled to
take the Rotax 494 ring gear.
