I have been using DuPont chroma-one single stage urethane for years, with great results. My last paint job was a really nice base coat clear coat with pearl in the clear. All the numbers and decals were under the clear. Car looked awesome! That lasted all of two races until my car was totaled by a Vee. Live and learn.... There is an advantage to the base coat clear coat use though, and that's if you only wreck a small spot, you can do your glass repair, paint then blend and buff the clear. With the chroma-one or any of the urethane paints, you have to do the whole panel again to make it look right. ________________________________ FormulaCar Magazine - A Proud Supporter of Formula 500 The Official Publication of Junior Formula Car Racing Subscribe Today! www.formulacarmag.com or 519-624-2003 _________________________________
