Not a bad idea, but filling the bowl doesn't dump any extra fuel into the
carb for the cold start. I regularly have to use my choke feature to get the
car to fire if it has not run for 1/2 hour.
Anyways, I just bought a primer kit, so I guess I'm putting it in now. 8-)
