Lee, I haven't mounted these 10" wheels yet, but I have done 100's of 5" and 
6" kart wheels with the smaller unit.  That red tire bar they give you is great 
for taking tires off, but useless for mounting.  Put the outside of the wheel 
down and mount from the back of the wheel.  I lube the tires up with 409, 
Fantastick, whatever, the first bead you should be able to push on by hand, the 
last bead you'll need some tire irons.  Just take little bites, while holding 
one end down with your knee, I start where the valve is, and work side to side 
of it.
