It is normal for the tire to want to spin around the wheel as you get it
started.  Until it drops in, someone needs to hold it from turning.

Make sure you have the bead into the smallest id of
the wheel - the tire 
will be angled across the wheel
like a hypotenuse on a
right angle if done correctly. Do one bead at a time 
! As you pry the bead
down over the wheel ramp or the curl having the other 
side of the bead pulled
into the smallest id will make it easier - use a 
non-detergent type soap as a
lube - Murphy's Soap is perfect  !

Once you do a couple it's like riding a
bicycle - it's easy and you won'[t 
forget !
