Make sure you have the bead into the smallest id of the wheel - the tire will be angled across the wheel like a hypotenuse on a right angle if done correctly. Do one bead at a time ! As you pry the bead down over the wheel ramp or the curl having the other side of the bead pulled into the smallest id will make it easier - use a non-detergent type soap as a lube - Murphy's Soap is perfect !

Once you do a couple it's like riding a bicycle - it's easy and you won'[t forget !
