Reminds me of the movie "Enemy of the State"---Big Brother is everywhere. In
NYC and other cities they have cameras at intersections catching red light
runners etc. There is an out fit making plastic(?) license plate covers
that appear normal until you try to take a picture of the plate and then it
reacts and blurs it. This could be the start of another radar detectors vs
radar.
