Guys I am afraid they already are. I don't know how many of you have ever been to the NSA HQ in MD but they have more antennae and dishes there than I have ever seen anywhere. All our emails are monitored. All our phone calls are monitored.(now they plan to read our mail!!!) There are cameras everywhere (including overpasses) Our local TV news can show traffic problems on I95 in any section you might want to see and these cameras are also monitored by the CT State Police. You may also want to give a thought to the EZ Pass used on many toll roads as your entire trip can be retraced including speed and time between toll stations. I'm sure you all know that our intelligence satellites are able to see what brand of underwear we are wearing if it is out on the line. They say that one of the great things about the USA is that it is an open society...it certainly is to anyone who wants to look or listen.

Ed,

I whole heartily agree. While this video shows "official" police activity,
it is the "unofficial" and clandestine use of such technology that is
worrisome.

I would not want this technology on every freeway overpass tracking my every
move.
