If your engine will respond to throttle inputs when cold, you are rich. But what setting is rich ? Idle jets/adjustment or main ? As Chuck states, the mains should be what he has listed, but you may just have a idle adjustment problem. If you can coax the engine past the low speed problem and get some RPM's on it, how does it run then ?
Also you must keep your idle RPM over 3,000. Other wise the CDI box puts the timing in retard and the engine will just sound awful.
