Kenneth, When exhaust holes strip out they are hard fix by just going to the next size. The aluminum has gotten hot enough that it's lost any strength it had - it's heat treated to dead soft now. Here's a link to a guy that knows how to fix that kind of problem.

Exhaust bolts can be fixed in the same way as the head bolts. I don't know if the Rotax can have it done, but it's worth a try.
