hey herb ya outa see if ya can get one of the electric/defrosting ones we
use for snowmobiling to fit your helmet, they work great, i know its just
another to plug in when ya get in the car but only when its raining. i know
they have them to fit pfp1 and 2 helmets, it might require a slight bit of
modifying to the shield itself but might be worth a look, also SCOTT makes a
green anti fog spray that works magic if you actually read the directions
and use it right its 9.00 for 3 ounce bottle of it but its well worth it
especially if you wear glasses or something you can coat those too. you get
it at most atv dealers. ive tried all the supposed spray on anti fog crap
rain ex etc, none of it works
i was thouroughly impressed by the scott stuff.\

I'm shopping for a new shield for my racing helmet. I see that about all
the different tints and styles now come in regular and fog free. I really
struggled with fogging in the rain at the runoffs. Do these fog free ones
really work? And does it wear off over time?
I'm thinking of getting both a clear and a light smoke, so I'm wondering if
it's worth the extra cost to get the fog free on both of them.
