Chuck, never use a wax or anything that not meant for aluminum.
Mother's, Maguire's, and Eagle all make aluminum polish's.

Perhaps pure Canuba wax with no polishing compound in it? This alumimum is
so shiny that any polish/wax combo I have tried actaully leaves it duller.
