You'd probably need a Dual Post / Dual Throw switch. You can wire them on opposite contacts so they will have opposite functions depending on the positions.
With that being said - are the toggles still legal? I thought everyone had to move to the big red switches? The more expensive one from Pegasus includes 2 auxiliary switches, wired in opposite directions.
