I accidentally deleted your post, so I'll try to answer your questions. The
carb set up is different for the 493 and 494. Tony Murphy can send you a sheet
from the Rotax manual that gives you the 493 set up. Some of the part numbers
are Ski-Doo specific, so you won't be able to get them from a Mikuni parts
place. I just bought the set up directly from Tony (less the main jets, which
are standard Mikuni - I would recommend starting with 340s and work down from
there).
Dennis Kirk carbs come with a standard Mikuni set up which won'r work for the
493, and they are also set up for a cable choke. So if you use a button or
lever choke, you will need to buy them separately. I get my carbs from Dennis
Kirk, because the price is right.
