John,
Just a guess, but you are falling of the HP peak and/or only getting the CVT
out to 1:1.
Clutching properly and getting on the pipe at top end might get you out to
over 100 MPH.
(115 MPH theoretical)

If it helps, I've got 19.5, with Kawi and a 5:1 gear ratio gets me a top
speed of about 86 mph.
