If you aren't finishing races due to mechanical breakdowns, then you aren't spending enough money on preventative maintenance and parts replacement.
There's no way I would drag my trailer 650 miles to a track, spend $500 on diesel fuel, food, beer and registration fees, not finish the race and call that "fun".
