Jesus, people are so particular nowadays, most
would have been happy with TC ten years back, now its BC or Rainbow body or
bust. My how far we've come.... Frankly, I personally no matter how
fallaciously believe that opening the eyes is the quickest path. MMY said that
Guru Dev used a ruby studded Sri yantra and meditated with eyes open. I'm
pretty certain that as said, once the eyes are open and as they said in vedic
studies, the brain is performing in a "macroscopic coherent brainwave effect,"
then all will be pretty much ok.

Brahmin. Vaj writes: I can't see UC as occurring without being able to
cultivate practice with eyes and all senses open. We just weren't given
the methods to do so, so you have to look elsewhere. Patanjali and the
dualistic samkhya system is good for turiyatita, but not beyond (except in
our imaginations). Tom T responds: From one of your prior posts it
appeared that you had only done the Sidhi practice for a short time. It is
my experience and I know many other long term practitioners of the Sidhis,
as taught by MMY, that Brahmin is and has been attained. The Sidhi practice
had built into it the means and the end. No imagination needed, desired, or
possible. We carried the practice with us into our day to day activity and
these nervous systems were cultivated. It may have been a long road but
it certainly was a cool way to bring that style of operating into activity.
