"the view" is our mental point of view,
our attitude, our concepts. as such,
it is "just a thought".

as the mind begins to settle down,
we take the thought subtler and subtler
to the deepest depth of the source of thought.
we "descend with the view".

then, as some stress is released,
it may trigger some normalizing of the
physiology, some agitation which
causes the mind to rise again to
the gross surface level.

at its worst it could cause stress release
even on the level of our conduct, for instance
if there is some twitching or shaking of the head.

but, stress release is a good thing, because
we stabilize the Being...we rise with the conduct.
